Job summary

Alliant Health Group in the United States is seeking a Behavior Analyst to review ABA services for Medicaid and out-of-state requests. You will evaluate autism services, conduct function analyses, and document decisions for contract compliance.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate across contracts, prepare determinations, train providers, and participate in hearings or appeals as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• 3–5 years' experience in intellectual disabilities or related disabilities.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs review of autism services and ABA assessments.
• Renders decisions based on the DCH Policy Manual with documented rationale.
• Inputs data into Prior Authorization system and routes cases per policy.
• Prepares determination letters and responds to provider inquiries.
• Performs re-evaluations and reviews appeals with required summaries.
• Collaborates with ABA SME across contracts.
• Coordinates and tracks out-of-state treatment approvals and requests.
• Liaises with providers and DCH to educate on review processes.
