Job summary

Alliant Health Group seeks a Behavior Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team. The role reviews applied behavior analysis services, function analyses, and adaptive life skills, and conducts prior authorization reviews for Medicaid and out-of-state requests.

The analyst will collaborate with the ABA SME across contracts, coordinate approvals for out-of-state treatment, and assist with training materials and provider education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with BCBA certification.
• 3–5 years' experience in intellectual disabilities or related field.
• Knowledge of Medicaid policies is a plus.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Review services in applied behavior analysis and assessment.
• Perform prior authorization reviews for Medicaid and out-of-state requests.
• Document rationale and decisions clearly.
• Prepare determination letters and respond to provider inquiries.
• Collaborate with ABA SME across contracts.
• Coordinate and track out-of-state treatment requests.
