Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments using various behavioral analysis tools and methodologies to understand individual needs.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in the implementation of behavior plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
