• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA and team aligned with ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS module work outside direct care.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
