Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a dedicated behavior aide to support K-12 students with diverse learning needs.

You will collaborate with teachers to implement individualized behavioral and academic supports, monitor progress, and reinforce skills through small-group instruction under SESI’s PBIS CASE framework. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with students with special needs in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds in small-group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver customized behavioral and academic support.
• Conduct assessments and monitor student progress using data.
• Assist with large group activities, grading, and guided independent work.
• Utilize de-escalation and safety techniques when needed.
