Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs.
• Emotional consistency and resilience to handle stressful situations.
• Flexibility and willingness to support safety and well-being of staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds.
• Provide consistent monitoring and support at the school site.
• Assist in creating and implementing behavior support plans.
• Record and track incidents and progress toward goals.
• Utilize PBIS strategies and school incentive programs.
• Assist with crisis de-escalation and safety when needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to differentiate support.
• Engage in debriefings after challenging incidents and communicate with parents.
