Job summary

Stratford School is seeking an After-School Program Assistant at our Fremont campus. You will supervise Kindergarten through 4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks, ensuring a safe and engaging environment after school hours.

The role involves planning activities, assisting with homework, and collaborating with teachers while maintaining safety and positive behavior among students.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students.

About the Role

The Before and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise Kindergarten – 4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.
