Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking a dedicated Lunch and After School Team member to supervise elementary students during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and crafts, while helping maintain a safe, positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring behavior during meals, planning crafts and games, assisting with homework, collaborating with staff, and performing light cleaning to keep the space tidy.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students.

About the Role

The Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day‑to‑day operations of the campus. This position will supervise elementary students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.

What We Offer

Pay range: $20.00-$23.75

Shift Hours Monday - Friday 10:45 AM - 1:15 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Location: San Jose, CA
