Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Dennis Yarmouth, MA, is hiring a Site Director (Part-Time) for the Before & After School Program. Schedule is 7:30-9:10am and 2:45-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

The role leads a team of Guides delivering activities across fitness, the arts, technology, and more. We offer part-time benefits, a $500 hiring bonus, and discounts on program tuition for dependents. You will train staff, manage the site with the Leadership Team, and foster positive

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be able to complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more.
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
• Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
