Job summary

AlphaBEST is hiring a Site Director for the 2026/2027 school year in Revere, MA. This part-time position runs 6:45-9:00 am and 2:00-6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, guiding a team of student Explorers through fitness, arts, technology, and more.

You will lead the site with the Leadership Team, train Guides, and create engaging clubs while ensuring a safe, caring, family-oriented environment for students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1 year experience in a licensed facility.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more.
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
• Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children’s sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students’ interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
