Job summary

CFL in Albuquerque is seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Before and After-School Program team for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on ensuring the safety of children, maintaining a fun and structured environment at our sites serving kindergarten-fifth grade (two sites have middle school).

Hours are M-F after school 2-6 PM and some schools 3:45-6; morning program is typically 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM. This is a rewarding role that supports families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle to get to a site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of children in the Before and After-School Program.
• Create a fun, structured environment and follow program guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to families and school staff.

HIRING NOW FOR 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR! We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Before and After-School Program team. This role focuses on ensuring the safety of children, creating a fun and structured environment, following program guidelines, and delivering excellent customer service to families and school staff. We are Community For Learning (CFL), alocal non-profit that provides a safe and loving environment for all kids and staff to feel a sense of belonging and community.This is an extremely rewarding job that can be difficult at times but if your heart is in it for the right reasons then you’re exactly who we want on our team. We need people who are full time workers for us, that means when school is in session we work M-F, 2-6 PM and some schools are M-F, 3:45-6. In the morning program it is typically 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM. We are in various Albuquerque Public Schools serving kindergarten-fifth grade (two of our sites have middle school).
