Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc in Norman, OK, is seeking a Group Leader Master Teacher for the PART-TIME after-school program. The role supports children at Norman Public Schools with AM or PM sessions, Monday through Friday, fostering physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development through engaging activities.

Candidates may hold a CDA certification or other credentials (CCP, Oklahoma Mastery, CECPD credits) and will receive part-time benefits, including health coverage and paid time off,

• 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD.
• Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement engaging after-school programs.

Group Leader Master Teacher/CDA Certified (PART-TIME)

AlphaBEST: After school is where adventures begin!

Location: Various Norman Public Schools

Schedule: AM 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM 2:30 pm- 6:00 pm on Monday-Friday.

Pay & Benefits:

• starting at $17.50 per hour (Current CDA Certification/ Master Teacher rate)
• Part-time benefits, including health and paid time off, are available.

You can meet the job requirements in one of the following ways:

• CDA certification
• CCP Credential
• 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
• Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery
• 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
