AlphaBEST Education is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year at Brass Castle and Port Colden schools in New Jersey. We’re hosting on-the-spot interviews on July 16 for Site Directors, Group Leaders, and Assistant Group Leaders at Hopatcong Middle School (1 David Rd, Stanhope, NJ 07874).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
