AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for its Before & After School Programs at Cherry Hill and Roosevelt Elementary Schools. Pay is $17.00/hour with hours from 7:00-8:30am and 3:00-6:00pm. The role offers hands-on experience working with children in a structured, high-energy environment.

You will lead curriculum activities, prioritize safety, maintain a clean space, and foster an inclusive atmosphere while building strong relationships with staff, families, and students.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead groups through daily activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In This Role, You Will
