• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Hours: 7:00-8:30am & 2:45-6:30pm

AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment


• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely


• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:
