Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for our Before & After School Programs at Durban School in New Jersey. As a Group Leader, you will supervise a group of students during morning and afternoon sessions.

Responsibilities include leading daily curriculum activities in World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts; prioritizing child safety; maintaining a tidy space; fostering inclusive, supportive relationships with students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:
