AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year to support before and after school programs at Bixby School and Steen School.

The Group Leader role involves guiding students through engaging activities in a structured, energetic setting from 7:00–8:30am and 2:30–6:00pm, with a focus on safety and inclusion. Ideal candidates are pursuing education-related studies and seek leadership experience while working with children, families, and school staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a classroom setting.

• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:
