Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Group Leader for our Before & After School Programs at Berlin Community School. The role leads students through daily activities across languages, STEAM, fitness, and arts, while prioritizing safety and inclusion.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children in a high-energy setting, are flexible and reliable, and hold a High School diploma (CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable). Pay is $17/hour with morning and after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker, arts).

• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Hours: 7:00-8:30am & 3:00-6:00pm

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.
We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In This Role, You Will
