Job summary

Leading Edge is seeking Substitute Teaching Assistants for before- and after-school programs in the Media, PA area. The role offers flexible split shifts to fit your schedule and responsibilities include supporting student learning, homework help, and supervision across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in childcare or education and a genuine passion for helping children grow. Transportation to report to multiple locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or education.
• Passion for children's education and development.
• Reliable transportation to report up to twice per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Leading Edge curriculum with enthusiasm and care.
• Maintain program quality according to company and state standards.
• Complete administrative tasks and licensing requirements.
• Provide exceptional communication with parents and school administration.
• Maintain appropriate student-to-teacher ratios.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and confidentiality.
• Create a positive, enriching environment for students.
• Travel between multiple program locations in the Media, PA area.
