The Learning Experience - Lewis Center is seeking a passionate Before and After School Teacher to join our team in Lewis Center, Ohio. You will create a positive, engaging learning environment for preschool children and implement our LEAP curriculum with our playful characters to make learning enjoyable.

We offer advancement opportunities, ongoing training, and a flexible, part-time schedule that includes 7:00–10:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma required.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
