Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass Ohio childcare licensing background checks.
• Energetic, nurturing and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning experience.
• Ensure classroom safety and adhere to licensing, health, and sanitation guidelines.
