Job summary

Faribault Independent School District 656 is seeking Kids World SACC Program Staff to support preschool through 5th grade in before- and after-school care. Shifts run 7:00–8:00am and/or 2:45/3:30pm–5:00/5:30pm, with 1 to 3.75 hours per day and potential non-school day work.

Competitive pay and a quarterly bonus stipend may apply where grant funds are available. Applicants should have experience with children and a willingness to train in First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-age and/or school-age children.
• Postsecondary education in Education, Early Childhood or related fields is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required (willing to train if needed).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large group of students and lead activities.
• Maintain attendance and communicate with families.
• Work as a float across multiple schools as needed.
• Ensure a fun, safe, clean environment for children.
