Job summary

Faribault School District seeks Kids World SACC Program Staff to support Preschool through 5th grade before and after school care. Positions offer morning and/or after-school shifts with a set daily schedule; hours range from 1 to 3.75 per day. Some days may require work at multiple schools as a float.

Applicants must be 18+, with First Aid/CPR training available. Pay range is $16.24–$22.23 per hour, with an additional quarterly bonus stipend possible when grant funds are available through MN

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-age and/or school-age children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, managers, parents and children.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to train in First Aid/CPR if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large groups of students and lead activities.
• Maintain attendance, build positive relationships with families.
• Work at multiple schools as a float and ensure a safe, fun environment.
