Job summary

Faribault Independent School District 656 seeks Kids World SACC Program Staff to support Preschool–5th grade before/after school care. Roles run Monday–Friday with shifts from 1–3.75 hours; some days include non-school days.

Applicants must be 18+, bring First Aid/CPR, and collaborate with families to maintain a safe, engaging learning environment. Positions may be based at multiple schools as a float; compensation includes a pay range and possible quarterly stipends for working with children,

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-age and/or school-age children.
• First Aid and CPR certification required; willing to train if needed.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, managers, parents, and children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large group of students and lead activities for school-age children.
• Maintain attendance records and collaborate with other staff.
• Engage families, support a fun, clean, safe environment and daily contact with parents.
• May work at multiple schools as a float; regular attendance required.
