Job summary

Faribault Community Education is hiring for Falcons Beyond Enrichment Program positions serving students in grades K–12. Join us to plan daily activities, help lead programs, and supervise student activities across multiple Faribault locations.

This role offers afternoon hours (around 2:30–5:00) with flexibility across 1–5 days per week for the 2026–27 school year, starting September 21, 2026. Candidates should enjoy working with youth and be dependable.

Qualifications

• Preferred: one or more years of experience working with youth in enrichment/after-school programs or related field.
• Training and experience in youth development.
• Currently enrolled in, on track for, or graduated from a postsecondary degree program.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

About The Opportunity

Join our Falcons Beyond team and play a meaningful role in providing high-quality, after-school enrichment opportunities for students in grades K12. We're seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with kids of all ages and experience levels. There are opportunities to help plan each day, work with others to lead programs, and supervise student activities.

This position will be available at various Falcons Beyond locations. Hours are approximately 2:30-5:00 with flexibility to work 1-5 days per week throughout the 2026-27 school year. Programming will begin September 21st, 2026.

Program Schedule

Falcons Beyond operates throughout the school year during after-school hours. Specific times vary by location.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience working with youth in an enrichment setting, after-school program, school-age care, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

$16.24$28.51 per hour, depending on position.

Pay rate according to the Community Education Bargaining Agreement.
