Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Bethel Elementary School and Penn-Bernville Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role handles regulatory compliance, program and staff leadership, and daily operations during morning and afternoon shifts aligned with the school calendar, with employer-paid childcare benefits and potential for part-time flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Licensing Leadership: Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations; Maintain child and staff files, attendance records, and required documentation onsite; Keep the program organized and audit-ready
