Job summary

YMCA Southcoast is seeking a Site Coordinator for the before and after-school program. You will plan, develop, and supervise activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for school-age children from 6:45-9am and 3-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include directing staff, creating weekly lesson plans, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records, while upholding YMCA standards and collaborating with families and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading child-care activities.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate schedules.
• Knowledge of state YMCA standards and early education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise staff of the program.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans and staff schedules.
• Ensure safety and proper check-out procedures.
• Maintain records and communicate with parents.
• Assist with budget development and training scheduling.
