Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 2-4 years’ experience working directly with children.
• Experience supervising children, staff, and handling conflict with parents and staff.
• Able to establish and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Before and After School program operations.
• Develop and lead a staff team; provide behavior management support.
• Maintain communication between staff and families in the program.
• Create inclusive, engaging lesson plans to support learning and growth.

SITE DIRECTORS are responsible for the management and leadership of the program. This includes developing a staff team, providing behavior management support for students, maintaining communication between staff and families in the program, and creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day.
