Job summary

Right At School in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Educator to lead before and after school activities. You will create engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and supervise safe, fun learning environments for children ages 5–13 in a structured daily program.

Ideal candidates demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, and at least 1 year of experience with children. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs and a commitment to healthy living and safety.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, share progress, encourage collaboration and accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan curriculum, lead fitness and educational activities.
• Lead by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, document attendance and incidents.
• Communication: engage with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
