Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and provide documentation of required childcare qualifications.
• DPS FPCC clearance, background in early childhood education.
• Current first aid and CPR certification, or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Associate or bachelor degree in early childhood or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees and community.
• Prepare site and activities before children’s arrival.
• Supervise the children at all times.
• Administer first aid when necessary.
• Treat every child with respect.
• Maintain behavior standards per district and program policy.
• Keep the supervisor informed of student activities.
• Share in clean up activities.
• Complete at least 18 verifiable training hours per year.
• Other duties as assigned.
