Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a part-time School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Program at Mason Elementary School in Mason, NH. The role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts, and offers an employer-paid childcare benefit for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience working with kids preferred.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities) and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
