Job summary

Kingsbury Country Day School, part of Choice Schools Associates, seeks a Supervisor for its before- and after-school care program. You will oversee staff, coordinate age-appropriate activities, and ensure a clean, safe environment for enrolled children.

Responsibilities include maintaining discipline per policy, communicating with parents and school staff, and supporting breakfast/snack programs while upholding program goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old.
• DLARA/BCHS requirements must be met.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 100 pounds, climb, bend, reach and kneel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities for children in before/after school program.
• Maintain safe, clean facility and supervise staff to meet program goals.
• Interact with parents and school staff to communicate schedules and child behavior.
• Assist with activities, crafts, meals, and classroom support as needed.
