Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Program at Frelinghuysen Elementary School for the 2025–2026 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role follows the school calendar with shifts in the morning (7:30–8:30 am) and/or afternoon (3:15–6:15 pm).

You will facilitate activities from fitness to STEAM to homework, supervise children, and assist with attendance, registration, and staffing as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass state background checks.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities per Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, art, homework).
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and model positive behavior.
• Observe state guidelines and program/host school policies.
• May perform attendance, registration, and staffing duties.
