Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Assistant for the Marian E. McKeown Elementary School in Newton, NJ. The role is part-time and non-exempt, with morning and/or afternoon shifts aligned to the school calendar.

Pay is $16.00 per hour, with benefits including employer-paid childcare and a supportive team environment. The program runs during before and after school hours for ages 5–12.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; 1 year childcare experience preferred.
• Pass all required background checks as per state policy.
• Ability to meet physical demands and engage with energetic children.

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the program curriculum.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children.
