Glassboro Child Development Centers seeks an Assistant Group Leader to support the after-school program. You will help plan engaging activities and support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development in a safe, welcoming environment.
Shifts are Monday–Friday with AM or PM hours (6:45AM–8:45AM and 2:15PM–6:00PM). CPR/First Aid required; 1 year of experience preferred. Strong teamwork with families and staff is essential.

Our Assistant Group Leaders help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children can continue learning, building friendships, and having fun beyond the school day.
Assistant Group Leaders support the planning and implementation of engaging activities while helping children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.
Employees must complete a minimum of 12 hours of relevant annual training, including topics related to child development, safety, curriculum, and quality childcare practices.
This position works in a school-age classroom setting and includes indoor and outdoor activities. Employees may be required to attend occasional evening or weekend agency activities or events.
