Glassboro Child Development Centers is seeking an Assistant Group Leader for after-school programs in Glassboro, NJ. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment and supporting children socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.
Hours are PM and AM across five days, with 10–25 hours weekly. CPR/First Aid certification and a high school diploma are required, plus one year of experience preferred. The position is non-exempt and pay is $17.98/hour.

Our Assistant Group Leaders help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children can continue learning, building friendships, and having fun beyond the school day.
Assistant Group Leaders support the planning and implementation of engaging activities while helping children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.
Employees must complete a minimum of 12 hours of relevant annual training, including topics related to child development, safety, curriculum, and quality childcare practices.
This position works in a school-age classroom setting and includes indoor and outdoor activities. Employees may be required to attend occasional evening or weekend agency activities or events.
