Job summary

Celebree Enterprise's Caliday School Age Program is seeking a Teacher's Aide to support before and after care, assist in activities, ensure safety, and uphold our mission to provide engaging, educational experiences for children.

You will work with the Program Director and School Age Teacher, reinforce Conscious Discipline, communicate with parents, maintain classroom standards, and pursue ongoing certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or related field is preferred.
• Ability to follow curriculum and participate in activities.
• Strong communication with parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the program space ensuring compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and policies.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Assist with implementing age-appropriate activities per Caliday curriculum.
• Supervise children and use Conscious Discipline for behavior guidance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on program happenings.
• Maintain open communication with team, parents and school community.
