Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests in ordering food and beverages, greet them with a smile, and provide menu knowledge in a fast-paced theater environment.

You will record orders, handle transactions, verify ages for alcohol, and work with the kitchen to ensure accuracy. Depending on staffing, you may cross-train as Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher.

Qualifications

• Proof of age required for serving alcohol.
• Basic food handling training or local certification where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner and guide them to order food and beverages.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and manage transactions at the register.
• Verify identification to ensure guests are at least 21 for alcohol service.
• Cross-train as Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and maintain a clean, safe work area.
