Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with proof of age; 21 where required for alcohol
• Complete basic food handling training and local certification
• Safe Alcohol Service training required
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Excellent guest service and communication in English
• Cash handling and basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the counter
• Know bar and menu items to upsell
• Record orders accurately and process payments
• Verify guest age for alcohol and ensure responsible service
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas
