Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide guests in ordering food and beverages, deliver quick counter service, and provide outstanding movie-going experiences.

You will welcome guests, know the menu and bar offerings, and help with upselling while maintaining accuracy on the register. All servers serving alcohol must meet age requirements, complete Safe Alcohol Service training, and adhere to local/state certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet Guests and provide great service in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Clear communication with Guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide friendly, timely service.
• Know bar and menu items to suggest and upsell.
• Record orders accurately on the register.
• Ensure alcohol is served to guests 21+ and in designated areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and comply with safety rules.
