Cinemark is hiring a Server - Beer and Wine in Beaverton, Oregon. You will guide Guests through menu choices, take orders, and process transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced cinema environment.

The role supports cross-training across Restaurant, Concession, Box Office, and Usher duties as needed. Prior customer service experience preferred; must be 18+ for service where allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring friendly, proactive service.
• Ability to handle cash and balance a register accurately.
• Good command of English and clear communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Record orders accurately on the POS system and process payments.
• Verify IDs and ensure alcohol is served responsibly in designated areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food orders.
• Maintain clean, sanitized high- contact areas; follow PPE guidelines.
• Provide excellent Guest service and cross-sell where appropriate.
