Qualifications

• Proof of age when serving alcohol (18+ or 21+ depending on state)
• Basic food handling training and required local certifications
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training program
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Regular attendance is required
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
• Excellent guest service and cash handling accuracy
• Ability to communicate with diverse guests in English
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
• Follow directions and act with urgency

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Know bar and menu items to enhance guest experience
• Record orders accurately and promptly
• Handle transactions and cash register correctly
• Verify guest age for alcohol service
• Ensure alcohol is served in designated areas
• Use suggestive selling techniques
• Coordinate with kitchen for accurate orders
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas
• Adhere to PPE and safety protocols
• Monitor safety and report issues to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
