BEER-WINE-LIQR/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department. Support the day-to-day functions of the Beer/Wine/Spirits operations. Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Ability to handle stressful situations

Desired Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Beer/Wine/Liquor experience
• Familiar with industry terms and processes
• Retail experience
• Knowledge of imported and domestic varieties, flavor profiles, and production methods
• Knowledge of industry trends in specialty wines and beers as they relate to the customer
• Second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports, manage budgets, and review financial performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage pricing updates.
• Train staff on inventory management and computer systems.
• Ensure proper temperature controls and safety procedures are followed.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $24.11 per hour.
