BEER-WINE-LIQR/LEAD CLERK (Finance)



Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department. Support the day-to-day operations of the Beer/Wine/Spirits department. Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Management experience.
  • Experience with Beer/Wine/Liquor.
  • Knowledge of industry terms, processes, and trends.
  • Retail experience and knowledge of varieties and flavor profiles.
  • Second language skills are a plus.
