• Monitors spoilage and reduces waste to protect department costs.
• Assists with sampling program and maintains sample areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Communicates market conditions to customers.
• Adheres to temperature, sanitation, and log procedures; arrives on time and prepared.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensures proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising of products.
• Follows procedures for health, sanitation, and safety.
