Job summary

The Brass Tap - Greenfield is seeking a friendly service team member for part-time hours with opportunities to move to full-time. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve our menu, while showcasing beer knowledge and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We value positive attitudes, teamwork, and reliability. Nights and weekends are required, with safety and sanitation standards at the core of daily duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older, per state/local rules.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple items.
• Able to operate POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap
• Follow The Brass Tap steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
