The Brass Tap in Sachse, TX is seeking service team members for flexible part-time or full-time schedules. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and share beer knowledge to enhance guest experiences. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to fit our culture.

Responsibilities include following service steps, handling payments, maintaining clean service areas, and complying with safety and sanitation standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Weekend and holiday shifts available.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Capable of operating the POS and beverage equipment, and standing long hours.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages following steps of service.
• Groom beer and menu knowledge to suggest options and describe items.
• Present guest checks and take payments.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties with minimal supervision.
