Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a route merchandiser to service grocery stores and beverage retailers on local routes in the Luray/Woodstock area. The role starts at $19.50/hour with overtime opportunities and a monthly car allowance plus mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and displaying products, using pallet jacks, and documenting execution with photos. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meet state age requirements.
• Must have reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks.
• 0–6 months of general work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Company: Premium Distributors of Virginia
• Route: Luray/Woodstock, VA
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Shift: 5 days/week, weekends required, 6:00 AM start (Full-Time only)
• Pay: $19.50/hr starting + overtime + monthly car allowance & mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
