Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring for a field-based merchandising and delivery role in the Inland Empire. You will drive your own vehicle to grocery stores and beverage outlets, stocking, displaying, and rotating product while meeting route coverage requirements.

The job starts at $24.00 per hour with overtime potential and mileage and monthly car reimbursements. Typical schedule involves 5 days per week, including weekends, with early start times and long daily hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs in certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products for inventory and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Pay: $24.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Start time & Hours:Start between 5:00–6:00 AM Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM on weekends; working an average of 8-12 hours per day
• Physical role:Lifting and stocking shelves with 25–50 lbs cases, moving 500–1,000+ cases by hand daily
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the Inland Empire

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
