Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products on a local Boynton Beach route. You will work on a full-time schedule starting at 6:00am, travel to nearby grocery stores, and maintain backstock with support from company systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company routing and account-monitoring systems to document execution and compliance.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays and backstock.
• Maintain backstock areas and organize products to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full-time with a 6:00am start time
• Territory will cover the Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton areas.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + Monthly Car Allowance and Mileage Reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
